Owner/legal review required
Terms of Service
These terms are a consistency cleanup draft for EZWhatsApp / EZW and https://ezw.solutions. They must be reviewed by the owner and legal counsel before publication as final legal terms.
Service description
EZWhatsApp provides a linked-device shared WhatsApp workspace for teams. It supports connected WhatsApp lines, shared inbox workflows, assignments, internal notes, campaigns within the product scope, API access, webhooks, analytics, and operational visibility.
EZWhatsApp is not the official WhatsApp Business Platform, WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta, or WhatsApp. Customers remain responsible for how they use WhatsApp and for complying with applicable laws, platform rules, consent requirements, and customer communication policies.
Accounts and authorized users
Customers are responsible for workspace users, roles, connected lines, credentials, API tokens, and all activity performed through their account. Users must not share credentials or use the service to access data they are not authorized to access.
Acceptable use
The service is built for opted-in customer conversations and team workflows. Customers must not use it for unlawful messages, spam, harassment, deceptive activity, unauthorized scraping, credential abuse, or cold outbound programs that violate applicable law or platform policy.
TODO: owner/legal review should add the final acceptable-use policy and any country-specific requirements.
WhatsApp line operation
Linked-device WhatsApp lines can require reconnects, device availability, provider compatibility, and operational maintenance. EZWhatsApp should not be marketed as guaranteeing account safety, message delivery, platform approval, or uninterrupted WhatsApp access.
Billing and plans
Plan details shown on https://ezw.solutions are product and pricing information, not final legal billing terms. TODO: add final billing cycle, tax, cancellation, refund, trial, upgrade, downgrade, and non-payment terms.
Data and privacy
Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy. TODO: add DPA terms and subprocessors before publishing legal-ready terms.
Support, security, and availability
Support and security contact details are listed on the Contact page. TODO: add official support email, security disclosure process, uptime commitment if any, and status-page domain if one is approved.
Disclaimers and liability
TODO: legal counsel must provide the final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity terms, suspension rights, termination rights, dispute process, governing law, and jurisdiction.
Updates
TODO: owner approval required before marking these terms with a final "Last updated" date. This page currently reflects an SEO/trust cleanup draft, not final legal advice.
